Meet Samantha Richardson

Samantha Richardson, known affectionately as Sam, brings a fresh and dynamic approach to the legal field as an Associate Attorney at Narron Wenzel. A native of Kenly, North Carolina, Sam embarked on her legal career in September 2023, driven by a passion for helping others and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Her journey into law was preceded by a stellar academic background. Sam graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Agricultural Business Management from North Carolina State University in 2019, demonstrating early on her dedication and academic prowess. This dedication continued at the Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, where she not only graduated cum laude in 2023 but also made significant contributions to the Law Review and earned the prestigious Order of Barristers.

Sam's choice to focus her practice in fiduciary litigation stems from her keen interest in the intricacies of legal disputes and her desire to provide nuanced and effective solutions to her clients. Despite being new to the practice, her prior experiences, including a critical role as a law clerk at the Mast Law Firm and as an intern for Judge Griffin at the Court of Appeals, have equipped her with valuable insights and practical skills.

Admitted to practice in North Carolina, Sam is quickly establishing herself as a reliable and innovative legal mind in the area of fiduciary litigation. Sam's approach to client success is anchored in three core principles: competence, communication, and care. She believes in not only being well-versed in the law but also in maintaining open lines of communication with her clients and genuinely caring about their outcomes. Her philosophy is that a successful attorney-client relationship is built on mutual understanding and trust.

Sam has already shown her commitment to contributing to the firm's success. Her daily practice of being prepared, eager to learn, and always present reflects her dedication not only to her personal growth but also to the firm's advancement. As a newly minted attorney, Samantha Richardson is already distinguishing herself with her dedication, academic achievements, and a clear vision for her legal career. It is evident that Sam will be a significant asset to Narron Wenzel and her future clients.
