Narron Wenzel Partner Kemp Mosley Named Chairman of NCBA Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section
Narron Wenzel, P.A. is proud to announce that our Partner, Kemp Mosley, has been appointed Chairman of the Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association for the 2025–26 NCBA year.
The Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section is one of the largest and most active sections of the NCBA, with approximately 1,600 attorneys across North Carolina who focus their practice on trust and estate law.
Kemp, a Fellow in the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel, has been a dedicated leader within the Section for years. He has served on the Section’s Council since 2017 and on the Executive Committee since 2021. His prior leadership roles include Chairman of the Section’s Legislative Committee, Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice-Chairman.
Kemp was formally introduced as Chairman at the Section’s Annual Meeting on July 24, 2025. In this role, he will lead the Section’s efforts to advance the practice of estate planning and fiduciary law across the state, support continuing legal education, and guide legislative initiatives.
We are equally proud to note that Kemp’s service is part of a broader tradition of leadership at Narron Wenzel. Other members of our firm — Jason Wenzel, Matthew McGonagle, and Taylor Avioli — also hold leadership positions within the North Carolina Bar Association.
Please join us in congratulating Kemp on this well-earned honor and in celebrating the professional contributions of our team to the Bar and the community we serve.
