David Mills is joining Narron Wenzel, P.A. as part of the law firm’s ongoing growth and commitment to serving the Smithfield community.

Mills Law is pleased to announce that founding attorney David Mills is joining Narron Wenzel, P.A. as part of the law firm’s ongoing growth and commitment to serving the Smithfield community. Mr. Mills will continue his practice with Narron Wenzel while establishing a Narron Wenzel Bankruptcy practice.

A native of eastern North Carolina, Mr. Mills received his college and law school degrees from Campbell University. His legal career in Johnston County began in 1991 when he joined the firm of Mast, Schulz, Mast, Mills & Johnson, where he later became partner. Mr. Mills founded Mills Law in 2007 with the desire to give back to his community and help families, individuals and business owners handle life’s most difficult situations. 

Mr. Mills holds an American Board of Certification in Business Bankruptcy and is recognized by the North Carolina State Bar of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in Business Bankruptcy Law. He dedicates a large part of his practice to serving farmers facing Chapter 12 bankruptcy as well.

We are excited for Mr. Mills to continue serving the community as a part of the Narron Wenzel office.
