We are happy to announce that attorney Ben Lovell has joined Narron Wenzel, P.A.

A native of North Carolina, Benjamin E. Lovell received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at North Carolina State University in 1993 and his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 1996. While in law school, he was a Note and Comment Editor for the North Carolina International Law Journal. For the past 25 years, he has practiced in the area of consumer bankruptcy law, representing the interests of creditors, debtors and the Chapter 13 trustee. He is a frequent instructor on consumer bankruptcy issues at state seminars and has served on the Bankruptcy Council of the North Carolina Bar Association. While serving as staff attorney for the Durham Chapter 13 trustee, he assisted in the administration of thousands of Chapter 13 cases and handled all aspects of bankruptcy litigation for the trustee.

Ben and his wife Kate reside in Cary, North Carolina, where they spend time enjoying their children, doting on their grandchildren, and taking trips to the North Carolina coast whenever possible. Ben also enjoys playing the drums and has been known to smoke a pork shoulder for family and friends on any given weekend.
